Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region

Everything was great, housekeeping staff, the attendance at the breakfast bar, even the checkout lady was great. Only thing I didn't like is the attitude of the young man that checked us in no greetings no high how are you welcome to the comfort inn. Didn't explain himself when he asked you don't have a card on file. I didn't know what he was talking about, he didn't explain. I said what do you need that for he says in case you trash the place there's a $25 deposit I said I'm an adult I'm not going to trash the place as well. I guess because I had a dog he assumed that it was not caved enough it would probably chew the place up. Otherwise everything was great especially like the attention the housekeeping staff the young lady with the little nose ring gave to us and our dog.

King room bed..wonderful...pillows perfect...nice choices...

Staff were terrific. Very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a queen room with no additional charge. Location was quiet and convenient to the freeway and IHOP.

The place was clean, affordable, and had a decent breakfast.

This was our second stay at this hotel, which is located near some friends on the lake. As before we were very happy with our stay -- we had everything we needed and although we sometimes could not eat the hotel breakfast (I'm gluten intolerant, husband is lactose intolerant), the IHOP is right there. We were pleased with everything and will certainly stay there again.
